Resurrection of Jesus Christ topical Bible References relating to the events and importance of Jesus Christ’s resurrection from the dead.
Note that the resurrection of Jesus from the dead is related to his self-sacrifice to please God as a substitute for each man’s sin and punishment. Jesus paid the price, or chastisement, for man’s sin. Although that price has been paid, it is like a bus ticket, it can be purchased and given to a person, but if that individual does act on the offer (i.e. show up at the specified time and place, ready) then they will be left outsides the offer.
Jesus offered himself for man’s sin, but God’s approval and acceptance of that sacrifice is seen in the resurrection. -Dcox
